WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16
Poster sessions will be held on April 16
SESSION 1: noon-2:00 p.m.
As lunch and judging are held at this time, judging will start at 12:45 p.m. If you are a presenter, after you have eaten, please go to your poster.
SESSION 2: 5:45-7:00 p.m. at the
LOCATION: Micro and Nanotechnology Lab, 208 N. Wright St., Urbana, IL 61801
It is highly recommended that presenters are available to represent their posters at both sessions. Please notify us if you are a presenter and cannot make both times, as this will affect the judging schedule. We will send more details regarding the judging schedule on April 14.
All posters should be put up for display on Wednesday, April 16, from 7-11 a.m. Posters should be taken down on April 16 from 7:15-9 p.m. or on April 17 from 7-10 a.m. Each poster should have a representative on hand to explain the research during the poster sessions.
Poster Size
Maximum display area is 4 feet by 4 feet. Poster boards and thumb tacks will be available. (A limited number of easels are available on a first-come, first-served basis for any foam-mounted or framed posters.)
Submitting Posters
All poster titles should be submitted through the workshop registration form by Friday, April 11.
